Accredited Laboratory Testing
GeoTek laboratories test the samples field crews collect, so the same lab reports them. Sampling, testing, and recording follow ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, and other procedures specified on the project. Field verification is on the construction materials testing page. Code-required observation is under ICC special inspections.
Quality Assurance
GeoTek maintains a quality-assurance program for staff training and a schedule of routine equipment maintenance so Proctors, compressions, and Rice tests remain defensible when a building official or owner reviews them.
The lab computes and presents data in engineering software instead of handwritten sheets.
