Ross leads the Soils Special Inspection department, more than 40 people, with his supervisors. He has more than 15 years in inspection, drilling, laboratory work, and forensics, and holds certifications in soils and materials.
Born in Salt Lake City and raised in San Diego, Ross moved to Las Vegas. He boats with family and friends, and he camps, skis, and rides electric recreational vehicles.
