Loni joined the GeoTek team in 2013 and shortly after found her passion in helping employees and managers navigate the ever-evolving world of employment. Loni's initial role was split between HR and Accounts Payroll, allowing her the opportunity to learn various aspects of company operations. However, after obtaining various HR management certifications through Cornell University and Human Resource Standard Institute, Loni's role continuously evolved, eventually to leading to her current responsibility of overseeing the HR department company wide. Her professional experience includes, but is not limited to employment law, payroll, benefits and compensation, compliance, training and development, safety and accounts payable.
In addition to her day-to-day activities, Loni is an Associate Vice President and also serves as the chair of the GeoTek Benefits and Corporate Safety Committees and is a member of the GeoTek Corporate Management Team and Compensation Committee.
When Loni isn't applying her HR knowledge to support staff, you can find her spending time with her two children and husband or helping manage her and her spouse's local retail store.
