Larry Novasel

Mr. Novasel has more than 25 years in testing and special inspection, as a senior project manager and as a trainer and senior special inspector. He has also been a business development manager for more than 15 years. He inspects from soils through vertical construction and is responsible for project budgets. He works to the California Building Code, International Building Code, ASTM, Green Book, ACI, and AWS.

His project work includes field inspection, supervision, and project management for public agencies and private developers in Southern California: military bases, state buildings, airports, hospitals, county and city capital projects, universities, colleges, schools, and private commercial work. Building types include single-family houses, master-planned communities, concrete tilt-up, masonry, parking structures, and steel and cast-in-place high-rises.
