Larry Novasel

Mr. Novasel has over 25 years of experience providing testing and special inspection services as both a Senior Project Manager and as a Trainer/Senior Special Inspector in the construction industry. He also has a Business Development Manager for over 15 years in the construction industry. Larry has both the technical/project management skills and technical knowledge, along with the experience obtained from his many years in the field to benefit any project he is involved with. He is experienced in direct accountability for budgets and expenditures along with project responsibility. His ability to inspect all phases of the construction industry from soils through vertical construction has allowed him to become a valuable asset to any project he is working on. Larry is proficient and knowledgeable with numerous testing procedures and specifications including: the California Building Code, International Building Code, ASTM, Green Book, ACI, and AWS. His dedication to customer services is outstanding, making him an excellent addition to any project team.

Mr. Novasel’s project experience has included both field inspection/supervision and project management for a large number of public entities, residential, and private developments during construction for hundreds of federal, State, County, City, and private developers throughout the Southern California area. Project experience has included military bases, state buildings, airports, hospitals, county and city capital improvement projects, public and private universities, colleges and schools, along with private commercial developments. These projects vary in size and complexity, and include residential (single family), master planned communities, concrete tilt-up buildings, masonry buildings, parking structures, and both steel and pour-in-place high rise buildings.
