Joseph started at GeoTek in 2018 as a soils inspector and earned ICC, ACI, and local certifications. He manages more than 30 ACI technicians and special inspectors, and he oversees dispatch and document control. He trains field staff, including hands-on ACI certification training and ICC special inspection classes. Projects include The Summit Tower Suites and Clubhouse, Pinball Hall of Fame, Area 15, tenant improvements at The Venetian and Palazzo, Harry Reid International Airport, and Nellis Air Force Base. He also uses ground-penetrating radar on forensic studies for houses, swimming pools, and commercial buildings.

Joseph was born in Butte, Montana, and raised in Whitehall. He moved to Las Vegas in high school, attended a magnet school, and graduated with a private pilot's license. He earned a Bachelor of Science in geology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He hunts, fishes, does leatherwork, mountain bikes, and spends time with his family.
