Frank Harris

Mr. Harris has more than 30 years in geotechnical field work, from field and laboratory technician to senior and supervisory technician. He has run field operations on several multi-million-yard grading projects with a lot of hillside grading. He directed, scheduled, and trained field technicians, installed settlement monitors, and designed and observed canyon subdrains and retaining-wall back drains. Post-grading work includes utilities, streets, and on-site improvements. He has worked in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties, and in the High Desert (Victorville, Hesperia, Adelanto, Palmdale, and Lancaster). GeoTek hired him at the Riverside office in February 2005, and he has been field operations manager since then.
