Erik Polakowski

Erik grew up in a small town in northwest Indiana, lived in Phoenix after his undergraduate degree, and moved to Las Vegas in 2000. Before joining GeoTek in 1999, he was a construction-materials field technician. He then wrote Phase I environmental site assessments from the San Marcos, California office. While he earned his MBA, he and his family moved to the corporate office in Las Vegas. He became corporate business manager in 2000 and runs accounting. He joined the board in 2015 and became chief financial officer in 2021. He is on the corporate management team, chairs the shareholder and investment committees, and sits on the benefits and compensation committees. He and his wife, Ann, travel to watch their sons play sports. He is a Vegas Golden Knights fan.
