About Us
Mr. Chet L. Pearson, P.E. is a Principal in our Phoenix, Arizona office, and he has over 35 years of professional experience. He is a registered Civil and Environmental Professional Engineer in Arizona, and he is a registered Civil Engineer in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. Mr. Pearson practices geotechnical engineering and construction inspection and materials testing work in Arizona, and environmental engineering and consulting across the western U.S. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including residential master-planned communities, shopping centers, regional malls, office and industrial complexes, high-rise office buildings, mining sites, landfills, the Arizona Cardinals Stadium and Coyotes Arena, interstate highway interchanges, bridges, roads, and various utility lines up to 14 miles in length. Mr. Pearson has completed thousands of Geotechnical Evaluations, Phase I and II ESAs, and Construction Observation and Materials Testing projects. His environmental experience includes site assessments, environmental compliance audits and plans, soil and groundwater investigations, feasibility studies, soil and groundwater remedial actions, landfill gas collection and mitigation systems, and assisting clients with obtaining regulatory closure on projects. Mr. Pearson has also conducted numerous forensic evaluations, and he has provided expert witness testimony in deposition and court.
